Not nic free… does not get a close shave

I have very thick hair and sensitive skin. The blades do not cut well, or perhaps they are too small, so they pinch and pull at my hairs, which is painful. Because the blades do not cut my hairs immediately, I have to go over the same spots several times. - a cosmetologist

This shaver left peach fuzz and suddenly died after using for 6 months even after it was fully charged. Such a ripoff.

I thought this would be an upgrade from a cheaper electric trimmer I was using, but it kept pinching and hurt a lot. It left uneven patches, even on lighter areas despite going over the areas multiple times. Debris builds up underneath the popup trimmer too. It took longer than using a regular cheap razor due to the uneven patches, so this does not seem worth it.

The old version was so much better. This one pulls my hairs and it’s so painful. If they go back to the old one I will buy again!

I wish I had listened to the other reviews. Their old shaver was the best, and it's hard to believe this one could be so bad, but it is. It gets the job done, but it pulls the hair much more than the previous version. It cut me twice using it the first time. And it takes twice as long if not more to finish the job. It's nowhere near as close of a shave as the old model. I want to return it, but I don't think I can once it's used. Disappointing.

Purchase this based on a video I saw. This product is not great with removing hair. Still leaves patches behind and leave a rash worse than razor burn. Would not recommend.

was finally able to try this for the first time since purchasing two weeks ago. the shave is inconsistent and does not trim any hair that is remotely thick. a waste of money tbh and I'm annoyed. it took longer than a hand razor and did a less efficient job ): disappointing

Second use and it broke. A very small part popped off. Poorly made.

if you’re buying this with the intention of using on your bikini area and you have coarse hair, i would definitely find a new one. when i tried using on my arms and legs i couldn’t seem to get it and ultimately ended up not using it
