You would think with Carlos Santana adding his name to a product(regardless of price range) that it would be at a quality level higher than it's cheaper counterpart. Unfortunately the Mambo ear buds appear to be suffering from a device flaw which quality control(is there such a thing anymore?) Failed to correct. Although the sound quality is is as expected with clear highs and boomy bass, the device fails to remain operative while out and about as you walk or jog or workout at the gym...any movement will turn on and off the device. A shame since I believed in the Santana name as representing quality. There are no work arounds to this problem so it's another return..

Pairing was fast and easy. The left one will not hold a charge, nor will it stay in my ear. Everytime I put it back in, I have to turn it back on. I usually end up putting my $5 wired earbuds in.

Earbuds stop working when my phone is in my pocket, stop working when my phone is in my bike bag, when I work out and the phone isn't closer than about 3 feet and have a direct line of sight to the ear buds. So you can't use these to run, bike, work out, etc. Only work when I'm sitting still and the buds are a couple of feet away from the phone. Sound is ok'ish but the battery life is nowhere close to what's advertised. The side touch buttons for play/pause and power on are finicky and super maddening. I constantly turn the music off or power off by trying to adjust the buds in my ear. The ear buds are so difficult to get out of the charging case! So frustrating, I broke the case lid off to access them better. But these are going in the trash anyway, good riddance. Speaking of trash, these buds come with a huge fancy box that is very environmentally unfriendly. None of the massive amount of showy packaging is recyclable. Plus who knows how much energy was put into making this massive pile of trash that will go straight into a landfill. Shame C.S.

It has a crisp sound, and battery life is good however. It is one size fits all so it is too big for someone like me and it has no rubber so it hearts .

They keep on cutting and out and can't even go for a walk without the damn sound cutting in and out horrible product oh yea my phone is cool too ...ripoff earphones....
