Horrible

After many calls and other contacts with their so called service specialists I still have a unit showing "no service" and inactive. No one seems to be able to activate it. Dont buy it. The $25 card they tell you to purchase with it doesnt arrive with it and is not the correct item for it anyway.

does not work

I wrote a review ealier, but I could not edit it after posting, I realized I wrote "does work" as part of the title that was a mistake. This device does NOT work. It and it's not "coverage" related.

I had to go to T-Mobile

I give 1 star to the technician who tried but couldn’t make the service and Moxee hotspot work. the hot-spot for my mom to connect during COVID. It came with a $25 service. Simple Mobile was unable to activate the hot spot did not provide service. I requested a full refund for having both a device and service I cannot use. We went to T-Mobile and it works.

Not worth it --- very slow wifi

I bought the hot spot because my other hot spot was not working during daytime hours. I have to use it for working from home. I bought this one thinking the problem was the hot spot I had. But this one is more expensive and even worse. I could not load any pages. Everything kept timing out. If I don't work, I don't get paid so this past week, since June 8 has been extremely frustrating. And most of these companies have really bad technical help with zero customer service. My blood pressure went sky high in trying to figure out how to get around this slow WiFI. I have missed important Zoom meetings. emails don't get sent out, I can' access shared files. So far, no solutions.

Worthless

purchased a plan that they activated and later deactivated stating that it was not meant for hotspot only devices. battery died after 3 days.

Ripoff

I bought 40G hotspot 5 days ago and data is gone!!! It’s just me using at night to stream a show for an hour or two and 20 minutes in the morning to read the news and/or check Twitter. Don’t waste your money.
