I should've taken other reviews into account when I ordered this! Mine was also 12", emailed customer service and got a generic "you can return it for a refund" response. They really should change the heading and description to actually reflect the product they are selling. The wreath itself is cute though and the greens go all the way around, which is a design feature I like. Just wish it were the correct size.

Smaller than I thought it would be, not very much greenery on it. It's plastic foliage and definitely looks it. Some of the brown twigs in the wreath fell off when I unpacked it. Not worth the price. Would not buy again.

So disappointed. I bought this wreath because it had a lot of good reviews. I just took it out of the box and a bunch of the leaves fell out. I wasn’t expecting the highest quality since it’s on the lower end price but it’s literally falling apart with every touch.

The metal frame is bent (too heavy & thick for me to reshape) & there’s a chunk of the brown part missing (I’m not sure what the proper name is for it; twigs, branches?) as well as the greenery. What a bummer 👎🏽

I received an 18" wreath, when I ordered the 19.5" wreath. It is about 3" deep, not as thick as I expected

I ordered 2 times, the 21" and received a 16" (and that's is generous as I would really consider it to be a 15"). The wreath is as pictured and beautiful. I hung it on my front door and it looks absolutely ridiculous. The size would better suite a doghouse. They do not sell a 27" which is what I would need if I want a 21" so I guess I will just have to shop elsewhere. But if you are looking for a tiny wreath I suggest this. Just add 6" to what you are actually looking for.
