... and yet they say they included the correct tools. There is a user video of a gentleman using a 2-pronged hook which makes assembly look like a piece of cake. What was included was a single hook. It is nearly impossible to use the single hook once you get more than 50% of the bungees on - you NEED something to spread and pull simultaneously. I contacted the seller and they told me this tool was the "new" tool, and offered the advice of basically telling me to do exactly what I was struggling to do.After spending literal days working intermittently - my back and arms were sore and trembling with exhaustion - my husband found another tool similar to the hook they provided, and together using 2 hooks we were able to make quick work of it. Once it was assembled, I gave it a quick bounce and it feels very sturdy. In short, if you receive a single hook, do yourself a favor and FIND A SECOND HOOK.

1. I'll say that we LOVE this thing. It's VERY bouncy, super fun, and you can actually get pretty high. (We had to put it where the ceiling was a little higher.) Feels safe and sturdy. Lightweight and easy to move to different places.2. It's nowhere near as hard to put together as some of the reviewers made it sound. I'm not that strong, and my teenager daughter is less strong to me. We put it together. It didn't take very long. Use the tool they provide, and everything will be okay. I think most people will not have any problem at all putting together.3. NO WAY you can jump on this if you are 450 pounds. That's the claim, but my daughter's boyfriend was here. He's tall, but with his shoes on, he weighs no more than 200 pounds. The trampoline touched the floor when he jumped on it. Someone twice that size would be touching the floor with every jump, maybe uncomfortably so.

Like many have said...the assembly is no joke! I made several mistakes which caused me to have to start over twice! I am a 46 yr old single female who hasn’t seen the inside of a gym in at least a decade. I recommend sitting in the center of the mat and pull the bungees towards you....I used my feet against the outer ring to help stabilize while pulling....picture a rowing machine. The other very important step is installing bungees in the right order....do the ones on the legs first and then go to a leg and then the one across from it...continually trying to keep tension even on that mat. I googled videos to see the full install so I recommend doing that first. I also wrapped a small towel around the rung of the tool they give you...it will save your fingers from getting bruised. I’d have paid extra for it to come assembled...wish they had that option! I’ve used it once so far and feel pretty safe on it...I’m a beginner so my workout was pretty easy!

I like everything about it. You need to be aware you will need to be needing to borrow the neighbors youthful VERY strong people to put it together if you are no longer able. My grandson was able to put it together. I am amazed at the entire bodywork I feel subjected to after just a few minutes. I love it.

Takes some muscle to put together but worth the effort. Very quiet compared to the type with springs.

I do like this rebounder. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on something that I won’t use. This is a good value. I use it once or twice a week. No problems so far.

Really like the rebounder. In a week have already noticed my joints (especially knee) less painful and stiff ankles (fluid) less stiff. WIN! I’m starting slow & easy & still getting rewards. Seems plenty sturdy. Only stability issue is probably beginner error. Sometimes when using stability handle bar I get too close to that side of rebounder and legs behind me lift slightly. Staying more centered is the cure.We found a trick for assembling but it requires two people. When wrapping bungee cord around frame to attach PERSON 1: STRETCH BUNGEE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, PERSON 2: PUSH STRETCHED BUNGEE AGAINST METAL FRAME WITH THUMBS, PERSON 1: LOOP NOW LESS RESISTANT BUNGEE AROUND CLIPS. REALLY WORKED WELL.

I was looking for a trampoline to help improve my physical health, but the reviews about how difficult they all seem to be to put together concerned me. I am a single 44-year-old woman with no one to help me. This product got mixed reviews as far as the ease of assembly, but I decided to give it a try. It took me 30 minutes, and all my strength to attach the chords, but I was able to do it using the hook tool and following the instructions. It was a workout in itself putting it together. I’d like to say it got easier as I went along, but it didn’t and if there had been a few more I probably would’ve had to take a break. So far I’m enjoying jumping on it, and we will see how durable it is.

Bungee cords break after 6 mos. I bought the small replacement pack but now all the cords are breaking. Should last longer in my opinion and I don't want to pay 40 to replace them all so soon.Update: I ordered 10 bungee after review. Seller contacted me and reimbursed that order. I've had no issues other than with the bungees. Good product, and seller for making it right.
