I was a little worried about assembling this based on all the previous reviews, but it seems like the makers have added a better tool and a little card that says how to use it. I have weak arms and wrist tendonitis so I was prepared for a bad time, but it only took about 25 minutes and was fairly straightforward:Step one: hook the bungee loop around the tarp's built in plastic hook.Step two: stick the smaller end of the metal rectangle tool through the other end of the bungee loop, outside the frame.Step three: use the magic of levers to press the metal tool against the frame, and it will pull the bungee around the frame with it.Step four: hook the bigger end of the metal tool around the second plastic hook on the tarp, and push it around with both hands until the bungee slides down the metal onto the hook with a snap.Rinse and repeat for 30 times. The weird little hook tool that previous reviews mentioned is still included in the tool bag, but I completely ignored that and had a pretty easy time assembling using just the rectangle metal thing. Maybe the picture will help explain what I mean.

I've been using a cheaper mini trampoline for the past several months to see if I would like "rebounding" for a good cardio workout. I love it and decided to invest in this trampoline. When the box came I was a little concerned about putting it together, but the tool provided was exactly what I needed and I put it together by myself in 40 minutes (could have taken less time but I was distracted).

I bought a cheap string one recently to see if I would like it!! It was noisy, unstable… and my back ached using it! Bought this one and wow what a difference!! I was able to put it together myself! The tool was very helpful! It’s is so quiet! It’s much stronger and because it’s stronger it’s less bounce so my back doesn’t hurt!! I bought this because my knees and hips are filled with arthritis and walking on the treadmill is awful! I love that you can do so many different things you can do on a rebounder!

We went through 3 cheaper trampolines in the last few years. They didn't hold up.But this one is not only more durable, it's so quiet too. Our kids love jumping on it and they give it more rigorous use than an adult exercising would. Yet it has held up really well.I'm fairly heavy and it works great for me too.Spend a little extra and get this one. It's well worth it for the durability and quietness.

Pros:- actually quiet (have been using for nearly 4 weeks now each and every day on my wood floors - and this is quieter than my treadmill)- cover around edges means no pinches- does not scratch my delicate wood floors - many other things do, but not this, which is a godsend- easy and lightweight to move- affordable compared to other gym equipment- actually gets used by me because it's fun!Sidenote: there are many free classes on YouTube, but if you're willing to try a $10 drop in class, dpacatl.com has these amazing high intensity hip hop classes that add in weights and abs and are honestly so fun and inspiring. I really recommend them!Cons:- was not easy to assemble in that it required all of my physical strength, but... it was straightforward if you followed the instructions, and you only have to assemble once.- cannot seem to find the tracey anderson rebounder content I wanted to buy this for... anyone know where to find that?- if you have hurt toes, rebounding may not feel great on them - do be careful and consider shoes or toe spacers.

Not the easiest to assemble but the results of a few minutes twice a day will astound you. You will look and feel stronger. Get that Lymph moving. You are worth it!!!

So far, so good. I'm 6'3" and 250 lbs and this mini-trampoline handles me just fine. I feel stable using it and it's quiet. I keep it behind my desk (home office) and it's a great way to just get up from my keyboard and bounce for a few minutes to get the blood pumping.I can understand how some might find it difficult attaching the trampoline surface to the frame as it does require some strength to pull the cords onto their attachments. What made it easier for me was to have the frame upright on it's side, loop one end of the cord onto the attachment on the side facing away from you, then use the provided tool to pull the other end of the cord loop down and onto the "inside" attachment. I also attached like every 4th one all the way around to make it easier to connect the attachments in between those after the first time around the frame.

I was afraid this rebounder wouldn’t be bouncy. I’ve had one before with straps instead of coils and that one was awful. I was afraid these bungees would be similar to the straps, nope! This is very comparable to springs and easier on my knees. It’s very fun and great way to get in some exercise!

I ordered this rebounder, and after reading all the reviews I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to assemble it myself. Well it wasn't exactly a walk in the park, but I got it put together myself, sitting on the floor, in about 45 minutes start to finish. It was definitely a workout to put together and I was a bit sore the next day but I'm not superwoman by any means.I decided on a rebounder to have a good movement option for indoors, as I don't like exercising outside. This has been great! I have rebounded 8 days now and here is my review: I am a 350 pound woman and I feel well supported by this rebounder. The bungees are almost completely silent while I'm exercising. I haven't done any exercises where my feet have left the mat surface but I need to build up to that strength/stability-wise. I do use 2 pound hand weights when I'm bouncing in order to get more of an upper body workout too, but I can tell I'm getting good exercise on the rebounder. While this rebounder does not fold for storage, it would fit under a bed, behind a chair, or in a closet.
