The media could not be loaded. Although it has very good and straightforward instructions and a good online assembly video with good tools to accomplish the deed, I had a hired hand who is familiar with the assembly of different model rebounders put it together in less than 30 min. It’s lightweight, portable and easy to use. Feels strong and sturdy. This 40” size in this brand supports more weight than the smaller version.I love it! I got it to help with my home physical therapy including leg, core & balance exercises as I heal from a bad back pull.Feeling energized after first day of use for just 3 min. and can see starting a fun daily variable home fitness routine using it! 💖😃💖

My husband put this together for me. I bounce for 5 minutes several times a day (I work from home).Well constructed. Great value for price.

It's a GREAT system with the bungee cords. We hung some grips above it; highly recommended. Excellent product. I'm about 180 or so and plenty of resistance.

Seems strong and tuff. Ought to be perfect.

It was not easy to install the the bungees but after they were installed, the mat is very quiet.

There were other factors involved but I've had fibromyalgia for 45 years and using this unit, as part of a comprehensive healthy lifestyle program, I have been able to finally integrate an ongoing (for over 2 months now) successful exercise program for the first time since I was a pre-teen. I read and heard some things about HIIT training and decided on a 30 seconds on, 60 seconds off series of 6 cycles which comes out to about 10 minutes. I was told that I should start out by doing this 3 times per week. 2 months later I'm doing 18 cycles twice daily 6 times per week. That comes out to about an hour per day. I was a little disappointed because I couldn't get it out of my head that I was only exercising for 33% of the time. But then I figured out that since I was rebounding 48 times per cycle, I was actually doing 864 reps per 30-minute workout which came out to 1,728 reps after I decided to do 2 workouts per day. If you had told me 6 months ago that today I would be jumping up and down 1,728 times on a trampoline every day, I'd say you needed some psychotherapy. I'm so glad that these rebounders have come down so far in price since they were all the rage a few years ago. I weighed 530 pounds 2 years ago. Today I weigh 366. An inordinate amount of the loss has taken place since I started using this equipment. And it has had no trouble at all supporting my weight. Bravo, Darchen!

I haven’t used it yet. I would like to thank the reviewer who mentioned the other tool to attach the bungee cords. I had done half of them when I read her review. It became easier after that.

Assembly is a mix of easy (attach the legs) to hard (attach the cords) to seemingly impossible (near as I can figure the holes for the stability bar are simply drilled in the wrong place.) But that's a short-term set of frustrations. The unit itself is fabulous: stable, rock-solid, and the perfect size. Good price for something so well-designed and well-built.

If your a larger bodied person or just have bad knees and you want to keep up with heart and lung health than this is what you need!

I was afraid this rebounder wouldn’t be bouncy. I’ve had one before with straps instead of coils and that one was awful. I was afraid these bungees would be similar to the straps, nope! This is very comparable to springs and easier on my knees. It’s very fun and great way to get in some exercise!
