As soon as I hit place order I regretted buying it. Delivery was a pain. Puting this thing together was awful since parts were twisted and bent. I wish I never bought this item. It is very uneven and not comfortable.

It is not comfortable at all. hard and very small not intended for adults. It is unsteady in fact a bit shaky when using coupled to very confusing assembly directions, missing parts and miss alignment of various sections

Wouldn’t know how it works because the parts we received are incorrect.

The holes and screws don’t match up and it’s a pain to assemble. Takes about 2 hours because of the poor design.

This item is horrible can’t wait to return it! The holes do not match up at all, I’m so aggravated🙄

The item arrived without screws

Aside from receiving a previously opened box I also received the wrong colored cushions.The bench itself smelt absolutely disgusting to the point where I had to take it off my enclosed patio because everything was starting to stink. Pieces were broken and tucked back into the weaving to look as if nothing was wrong.All around terrible experience.

The assembly for this was not complete.

Damage when arrived and couldn’t replace item

Got my item and it was coming apart, I mean it’s like they forgot to glue the wrapping on the legs , it looks nice in the picture poor craftsman ship
