I really like this bag, attractive, holds a lot, cleans easilyI realize this is a hanging bag but when traveling it is not always easy to find a good place to hang and where the handle can fit. It would be nice if when opened it had some type of support for the top so it did just not flop open and make accessing the items on top a little difficult. Not so much a problem that I will not use it

Smaller than I expected it to be, but it is very light weight. Although, it doesn't have many compartments, it fits a good amount of travel size products.

I really like the multiple compartments for storing all of my toiletries and travel needs. I also love that this has a hook so I can hang it while traveling, saving counter space. However, the hook itself is plastic so it seems a little flimsy and could easily be broken with the weight of travel bottles (I had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in mine as well as other toiletries). I was worried about the weight being too much while on my 4 day trip, but it held up. I will continue to use this and will replace the hook with a more durable one if/when it breaks.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 4 after excellent customer service. Original review: "I really loved this when I received it. It's a great size (though the slots to hold things inside the biggest pouch are a little flimsy). Unfortunately, it ripped and there is now a hole in the bag. I've had it less than two months, never washed it, never put anything sharp in it. Bummer."I had no way of contacting the company, but they reached out to me, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent me a new bag free of charge. They clearly stand behind their product, and I am hoping this one holds up.

This is an update to my previous review. I was contacted by Mossio customer service and given a full refund on the travel bag. I sincerely appreciate their kind gesture. I donated the travel kit to a local homeless shelter as they didn't want me to return it.This travel kit was not at all what I was expecting from the description or reviews! It isn't well made, the material is cheap and the hook to hang the open kit will tear out quickly with products in the kit. I would return, but the return shipping wouldn't be worth it. I'll give it away!

I just opened this yesterday and used it when i slept over my boyfriend's house. The zipper broke on the first day I used it. Idk if I happened to get a defective item or if all their products are bad quality. But now I have to return it and I am skeptical about getting the same one again.Update 3/13/19: The customer service reached out and sent me 2 toiletry bags for free. I tested the zipper on every part of the bag by moving it back and forth a bunch of times. It seems pretty sturdy & hasnt fallen off so for like it did the first time. Hopefully it lasts.

I purchased this because it's a great deal and it's cute. It is also the perfect size for my makeup and smallish toiletries. It's kind of funny how it says "travel" on the front, but you get what you pay for.I like that it hangs, however, when there's nowhere to hang it (which for some reason happens to me often), what frustrates me is that everything falls out of the zipper pouch if it's unzipped. Maybe I just need a non-hanging bag.I wish there were a way to secure the hanger. It falls out easily when the bag is closed.

This is a great size for a toiletry bag. I feel like a lot of the ones I was looking at were either huge or tiny. This one was just the right size for all of my items without being too large. It has a few different pockets so you can separate things, but not too many that you lose things.

Product came exactly as shown in photo. The only downfall would be that despite having quite a few different pockets, I feel like it’s still a little small for all my travel size things. However it does the job, and I like how it hangs!
