Worked ok the first few timed i used it on my daughters hair. I was using it on my daughters hair for maybe the fourth time when we heard a loud pop and smelled smoke. It wouldn't turn on again after that. waste of money and very scary!!

Be really careful with this one. The metal is not coated with anything, it's just bare metal. It does have temperature control, so that's something. If you have fine hair, you only need the lowest setting for a count of 3 or less to get perfect crimps. Be really careful how you use this product.

I have bought two of these in the past two months and they both broke after a couple uses.

I bought this for my daughters spa bday party. It came in and we were in a hurry but she wanted me to put some in her hair. So I put I on high setting and quickly did her hair. Even though it was on high I did not hold it on long at all. Well her pretty long healthy hair now looks fried like adults get, very broken off all down her hair. If you use this please keep it only on low setting. It's a shame. I'm throwing it in the trash.

I bought this crimper for my daughter for her birthday. She used it once and then it never worked again. When i wrote to the company to let them know, they didnt even bother to respond. Complete waste of money and i wouldnt use that company again.

I used it (and loved it) 3 times and then it stopped working, it doesn't heat up!!! I have seen numerous reviews with the same complaint and should have read them BEFORE I ordered it :/

This product did not work. The light would come on but no heat. I tried multiple outlets and all settings. Frustrated that I had to send it back. Money and time wasted.
