The one I got is awful. It looks old, used and a lot of scratch. Very disappointed!!!

Writing so others can be aware, I used this crimper just on one section of hair on medium and I smelled burning so I stopped. OMG. It completely broke my hair off at the ends so I unplugged it, went to turn it back on low setting and it never heated up again. Terrible.

I wish I could leave a review, but the package was stolen off of my front porch!

Not being told of the voltage these are useless in my country that is why I have given 1 star Can't use them

Heats up so hot that the hair is instantly singed.

This thing won't do a great job.

Bought his for my daughter for her birthday and she was so excited, until she plugged it in and we went to do her hair! It did not work at all, wouldn't heat up.... But, we have an exchange coming so we will see how it works!
