They are warm initially, but do not wick water (perspiration) well, and once they get wet, they stay wet. Take off 1 star. Not sure if they were supposed to be that way- but the top hem of the sock is not stitched and looks ruffled??? Take off another star

These socks are thick and at first they felt warm, but then started to deteriorate. My shoes would have chunks of the sock stuck to it and holes started to form. I threw them away.

These are a gift so I really have no idea of size or quality. They seem good but until they at worn who knows. Sorry

I've had a problem with cold feet despite wearing 2 cotton socks on each foot indoors, which is about 50 degrees, nothing major, I thought. I decided to invest in these expensive "winter" socks, hoping for toasty feet (and hoping that the flames on the label might mean serious results). However, I can only say at best that my feet are average temperature, but not warm unless I huddle under blankets for hours. So I feel robbed since I actually believed that these socks are "7x warmer than regular cotton sock" as advertised. That's a laugh! Other very positive reviews about warm, even sweaty feet have deceived me. These socks are also too loose despite my shoe size being 10. (socks were advertised to fit men's shoe size 6-12) I had expected snug smaller socks that stretched to fit me, not overlarge socks. I also noticed a few threads hanging loose on the top of the socks. My cheap cotton socks are better crafted, it seems. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning these socks. I'm just somebody who wanted warm socks, but these don't do the trick. Hello cold feet.
