The foot rests doesn't slide very easily. But it's better than a woody.

We purchased a total of 5 chairs, they are easy to put together, sturdy and look great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our 5th chair came with not tools, screws or instructions and the pre drilled holes were noticeably in the wrong areas, that along with how hard it’s been to get our refund processed and contact customer service….

We ordered 2 of these - both arrived in excellent visible condition (this is becoming less and less dependable from Amazon). They were very easy to assemble and seem very sturdy. The built in ottomans work well and are a really nice feature but probably extend out too short for taller people (I am 5'7" - my feet go right to the very end of the ottoman). The 2 cup holders are also very handy and well made but need to be placed a bit closer to the end of the arm rest for improved ergonomic use

Updated review: There was an error with product fulfillment but customer service quickly remedied the mistake. (Use the email on the stores page for any CS problems) The chairs are sturdy and not too difficult to assemble. I assembled them myself. Cup holders are tricky to get on, make sure you put those on the arms before attaching the arms to the vertical legs.

The assembly is very difficult; directions are terrible. A 2 person job for sure. Make sure you print the pictures of the product so you can get a better understanding of how it goes together. Very heavy. If it will be stationary it's great. If you plan to move it around it's a bit much and very large. Each to their own...

Some holes don't align in one of the arms, but they sent a new arm and that one was perfect.

This initially came short with a part. However the customer service sent the part . I give them an A+ for really trying to make it right. Part did take a while, but again the seller communicated the delay. Assembly was relatively easy though attaching the back was a bit cumbersome but with 2 people it would have been ok. Quality product, and comfortable once assembled hopefully it holds up in the florida sun. Yes, I will consider buying another.

I love everything about the chair, sturdy and beautiful. It’s perfect size for me 5’5”. However, the pull out leg rest is a bit short, the edge is cutting at my 6’-2” tall friend’s achilles.

The ottoman is great and the width is perfect. I wish the height of the seat back was slightly more, even 1 more inch, because I need to sort of slouch to rest my head. BIGGEST annoyance is the screws they gave to attach the cup holders don’t work- they need a pointy end in order to attach, but these are flat. A big reason we got these over other brands was the cup holders, so we are really pissed. There is also no way to reach out to the seller or Amazon besides this review. We feel a little ripped off for that reason.

One of the videos demonstrating this chair showed the back had 3 different recline positions. It must have been for a related or past version of this chair, as the arms are fixed and do not move. Happy with this chair anyways, just be aware.
