I just finished putting the chair together. Took about two hours. The parts were all there but the only instruction were the photos. I had to take the chair apart twice after I found out what I did wrong. Tool are included but if you have a good size tools chest, use your tools. The chair was much heavier than I expected. Seem to fit OK so far. Meets my needs.

Ordered to chairs and both had issues. The back of one arrived pre-assembled incorrectly… so I had to disassemble it to put it together correctly and required me to go and buy screws because the ones they provided for the cup holders didn’t have a point to pierce the hole in the arm… really? The second one didn’t have any hardware included at all… nothing… just pieces, no bolts. Pain the arse… Otherwise decent quality but probably worth something closer to $115.

They look good and are comfortable. But assembly and pulling out the door rest are very difficult. They feel like they may break-but have held up so far.

I ordered the chair without realizing the back angle is not adjustable. There are plenty of similar chairs that do that. If that is important to you, keep looking. Once you assemble, this is nearly impossible to get it back into the box as it was to return.

I was hoping the chairs would be more sturdy. They already have a slight bent that isn't going away from just sitting. It's not a smooth process to take the foot rest out and push back in. And for some annoying reason dog hair sticks to them. First world problems I know but these 4 chairs were not cheap to buy.

I’ve had this chair a few months. I bought it (2) for the versatility to have a footstool or not. Be aware the seat “bends/bows” after use and makes it difficult to push in the footstool but u can get it in. We tend to leave it out all the time anyways. Company says the seat will do that with normal use. Otherwise, good chair. Comfortable. Pretty color. Company was good to work with.

I got my chair, heavier than I thought it would be. Looks like a nice chair. Thought I had all of my parts, had it almost all the way put together and realized one of the parts didn't have the holes drilled in it. Contacted Amazon and I just wanted that part but after them trying to resolve was told I have to return the chair to get another chair. Now I have to put this all back in the box, find someone to help me lug this big box to the UPS store and return it. Edit- The seller contacted me, they are sending out a new chair that is rectifying the situation. I'm very thankful they're being so helpful. I didn't know how I was getting the original back in this box. Their communication and professionalism definitely raised the rating. I'm glad they were able to fix this! It really does look like it will be a lovely chair that I'm excited to get put together and to some use.
