This was a gift for my parents. Because they can fold up, they can be stored and they can even be taken with them in their camper. They are not light so you would not want to use them as a chair to take to a kids game. The foot rest is awesome. They are made from plastic so they don't deteriorate like wood might. All of the tools needed to assemble the chairs are included. One of the two chairs we put together had a pair of mislabeled bolts. We were able to figure that out. The instructions are probably written by a non-native English speaker. Not a big deal but there are some strange word orders, but nothing that prevents you from being able to assemble the chairs. There are warning stickers about sitting on the arm rests that are super annoying, incorrectly worded, and super hard to get off. The other stickers labeling the parts came off no problem. This is an excellent product and we are super pleased with our purchase!

After reading many reviews over numerous Adirondack chairs that weren’t $400+ a piece, we decided to give these a try. Any boy are we happy we did! The quality is very similar to that of the Polywood resin Adirondack chairs, and the setup is almost identical to them as well. How do I know? Well after visiting my step fathers camp earlier in the day, we set up two Polywood Adirondacks. After having that setup fresh in mind, my wife and I went back home to set up these MDeam chairs. To our surprise (after reading multiple reviews from people on here) these chairs were just as easy to setup. 2 people makes it go by super easy. Don’t hesitate to buy these based on the reviews on a difficult setup, it’s really not that hard. We just hope they are still around when we finish building our house so we can get more!!

We have a patio with a fire pit in our front yard. My husband and I play cards on the porch every evening and the neighbors stop by to chat. When we first built the patio I purchased the cheapest Adirondack chairs I could find. The were wooden and folded up so we could place them in the garage when we weren’t using them. Within 2-3 years they are falling apart and just not comfortable for anyone. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for some higher quality chairs. I could NOT be happier with these! They are heavy chairs so that means they are less likely to be stolen or blow around in the wind. They have cup holders on both sides and the built in ottoman is fantastic. They neighbors are raving and I’ve had to send the link to several of them because they love them so much. I researched for a long time and these had the best options for the price. I only saw them in black and white and may have preferred another color, but the black looks fine. I’m thrilled and couldn’t be happier! Assembly was MUCH easier than the cheap wooden ones. I highly recommend this product!!
