I compared many Adirondack chairs on the market, and there are indeed many choices. Different materials, prices, and styles. I thought I would give this "Mdeam" Adirondack chair a try. The seller said that their weight capacity is up to 380 pounds and also there is a video on the product page. I was very happy about this. It seems that their materials are more robust and sturdy than those on the market. And there are double cup holders and a retractable Ottoman. The product is weather resistance and the assembly is easy. So I don't have to worry about the item blowing away in high wind. What is even more impressive about the chair is the double cup holder that can be used to place drinks and other alcoholic beverages, and so I can enjoy chatting with a friend. The retractable Ottoman feature allows me to lay down and be very relaxed. Thanks to the product packaging, the product is very well protected and came in 100% intact. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble(they even provide the tools needed). Even though the seller has provided an installation video, the assembly is so easy that I did it without the use of the video. My plan is to put it in my yard, and sometimes fold it and take it to the beach with my family. This is the charm of this Adirondack folding chair. I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

I bought 2 of these chairs. The chairs are comfortable and nice, but had some minor flaws. I contacted Mdeam customer support for solutions. They not only resolved the problems immediately, but they were incredibly fast, friendly and professional with their responses. Mistakes/flaws are part of life. How a person/company resolves the issues is what's important. These people get a 100%/A+ in that department. Many companies today could learn from Mdeam how to treat their customers and handle problems/flaws. I look forward to working with them in the future. I hope they sell more products, besides these nice chairs.

I rarely review anything…so I may ramble. I was reluctant to buy them since I’ve always purchased teak wood furniture and that is what is on our property now, however I am so glad I purchased these chairs. We were replacing our wood Adirondack chairs that are just ancient. Prior to each summer season, I prep all our teak furniture. I went with the Poly-wood this time so it will be 2 less pieces I don’t have to prep. we may be looking to replace our dining table and chairs soon so it was a good time to test out the poly-wood. If the poly-wood holds up, I’ll gladly give up my obsession with teak. The chairs arrived partially assembled and the rest was simple. The first chair took 20 minutes tops to put together and the second took half that since we knew what we were doing. They are comfortable and sturdy. Only a week so far, but we use them every morning and are thrilled. They do not get hot in the sun and with the leg rests, you can nap!

Purchased four of these chairs for patio area. Easy to assemble, sturdy construction, and very comfortable. Had a small issue, emailed the company, and they shipped me the part. Great chair with excellent customer service.

I will start by saying that this was the best customer service i experience have ever had with any onile seller. Very attentive and ready to address my needs. Product is of high quality but was delivered with minor shipping damaged. Customer service rep was highly professional and attentive, making me known that their top priority was customer satisfaction. Well he achieved that! Withing days I had a new chair delivered to me with no additional charge. The chair is so comfortable, sturdy, and just great to the point that I had to purchase 6 more to avoid everyone in my family fighting for what was supposed to be my gaming chair! Great work to this company and service!!!

Update 3/19/2022: So the company contacted me concerning my experience. I have been working with Alex and he has been great! I must say they are very responsive to customer concerns. As I stated below I think this is a great product and the cost is affordable for the average income. Not to mention, the product is extremely sturdy. I have been pleasantly surprised that Alex has offered me a new chair, at no cost to me, and I will receive it in May. I’ll make an updated post at that time. In addition they refunded me as well for the problematic. Not many companies would have done this. So when it’s all said and done I will have 6 chairs. The 5th chair comes today. Alex also requested that I make a video.. so that will be an experience. I’m gonna change my review to 5 stars because of their responsiveness and willingness to make the situation right. I will trust the company to send the free chair in May. I appreciate their responsiveness in making the situation right. I’ll be back in May! I have ordered two so far and have two more to go. I have problems with both purchases. The first looked like it had be returned and repackaged and one of the holes was stripped. I had to exchange it. The exchange was smooth and quick. I am now building chair two, but the package #2 nails are missing. Called Amazon and am to receive them by Wednesday. If I didn’t like this product so much I would not go through this hassle! ! If the product was a $100 dollars to assemble each chair I would have just had them pre- assembled. The chair are an excellent quality. I just hope when I get chairs 3 and 4 in a few weeks I won’t have these complications! Of not, it’s assemble price is ridiculous considering they advertise 30 mins to assemble.. so they want $100 for 30 mins? SMH, wish I got paid like that! 3/11/2022 update: so apparently the manufacture will not send the nails that are missing and I would exchanges the chair. However since they exchanged the first chair, they will not exchange the second, so I have to disassemble the 2nd chair and return it then buy it back… this is turning out to be an extremely piss poor experience. This is a manufacturer problem.. why am I being inconvenienced…and I still need two more chairs…SMH I’m removing one star!

Not only is this a great product that we LOVE, but the customer service is outstanding! Alex was quick to respond to our original review and requests, and also went above and beyond to have not only a part of our chair replaced that arrived slightly damaged in its packaging, but they ALSO offered us an additional gift from their product line as well! My husband and I are both extremely pleased with this product line and the seller and will DEFINITELY be returning customers whenever we may be shopping for more products like this!
