Just got these. I put them on too low and they didn’t stay in place, but once I placed them higher they stayed. Strap used to cover the patella is somewhat flexible so you may have to crank it down depending on the support you need.

Works above the knee as well as below. I use it for arthritis relief to stave off another knee replacement and for a small price I get a good deal of relief.
