Bought from Amazon (not a reseller on Amazon). Genuine (as far as I can tell) Apple product in sealed box, works correctly. Bought from Amazon not a reseller because a reseller can promise anything-- most are honest but it just isn't worth the aggravation dealing with less than honest sellers which tend to infest the simpler high unit value products. Have bought MFI certified products before that were cheaper and did not work or failed to work compatibly after a short time. It isn't cheaper if it fails or simply doesn't work. Only negative with the sleek Apple cable is that the beauty hides a slight weakness, the original Apple cable failed due to the end wires to the Lightning connector going intermittent. This problem happened because too many times people pulled on the wire to remove the plug instead of the connector. These folks have gone through re-education on properly pulling connectors from phones. Summary: bought direct from Amazon which has a reliable supply chain and an interest in integrity.

I'm not an avid Apple product user so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality But I can say that I'm impressed. The cables I've had now and in the past have always held up. I still use my first bigger iPod cables for my old iPods. With my new 8th gen iPad, I needed a lightning to USB-C cable. Now I can charge and access my iPads' storage with one cable. Yay! As much as I prefer non Apple computers, I will admit their cables and things live up to the Apple quality and longevity.

This item arrived for me a few weeks ago, and I put it to use in my car immediately. It is a real Apple product, a lightning to USB charger that is 3 feet long. It’s a perfect length for my car and connects to CarPlay.

The cord is definitely a genuine Apple product. It came in a sealed box, fit just like an Apple product should, started charging right away & picked up Carplay fast too. No wiggly jiggling of the cord needed, like the previous non Apple product that died. Never going to buy off brand again.

I know there are dozens of these offered by other companies and I hate that Apple forces you to use their own stuff that is wildly overpriced, but after trying several of the cheaper knockoffs out there I keep coming back to the original Apple cord. I've had nothing but troubles with the cheaper cords, usually our devices (iPhones and iPads) will give us errors stating that the cords are not providing enough power to charge the batteries, and with speed chargers like the iClever those cheaper cords fall flat on their faces. These OEM cords are the only ones that have performed flawlessly for us and we only really have to keep buying them because we keep losing them haha

We were done with the off-brand cables poorly charging our iPad Pro's. I bit the bullet and paid for the more expensive Apple brand, and could not be happier. This is an authentic Apple product, and is very high quality. We paired these new cables with new Apple chargers, and immediately noticed a dramatic improvement in charging time on our iPad Pro's. There are some grumpy reviews on this, but the two that we purchased are authentic Apple products, brand new in retail Apple packaging. They work so well, we couldn't be happier with the purchase.

This is an actual Apple brand cable!! I have ordered so many other cables that claim to be Apple and they were so far from it!! This one is legit!! Definitely recommend buying!!

I have a Casely battery case for my iPhone. It would charge properly when plugged into the wall, however it would have issues charging from my computer's USB port. I tried a variety of cables and still had the same problem. So as a last resort I spent $30 on a genuine cable from Apple and viola! It fixed the problem. I guess there really is a difference between genuine Apple and even the certified cables.

These are a nice length if you want to charge your device from the floor to sitting on a table. The charging cables devices come with are just a little too short, IMO. these are especially nice for travel, when you don’t know how far the outlet is going to be from a bedside table. It’s an Apple product, so there are no compatibility issues. Price is not discounted from Apple retailers, at least not substantially, so if you are looking for a special deal, you won’t find it, but that is standard for Apple products.

I just received these 2 meter Apple lightening cables today and can verify the ones I received are 100 percent Apple brand. Apple has posted on their webpage ways of identifying their products and I posted images of mine and theirs next to each other. As far as durability I have never had issues with Apple products besides the usual fraying at the connector end which I’m hopefully solving with this paracord trick shown in the above photo.
