Stopped working after a month

This toothbrush stopped working/charging after about a month of using it, so I requested a new toothbrush directly from Quip customer service. The same thing happened with the new one. After the initial charge ran out, it wouldn’t recharge at all and stopped working completely. Trust me, I tried literally everything. This toothbrush is a complete waste of money. You might think you’re getting a deal with this toothbrush, but you’re actually better off spending the extra $20-$40 on a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush that’ll last you years instead of only a few weeks.

Got it for my boyfriend and he really liked it but now it just doesn’t work. He said the button won’t push in.

I bought this a little over a month ago and it stopped working period I thought maybe the charging cable was not working. However, I also bought the flosser and the cable worked perfectly fine on that period I tried contacting quip but I have not gotten back a response from them period I will not be purchasing from them in the future.

I hate to leave a bad review because I do like this brand, but this particular toothbrush is garbage. I bought one and it stopped working after a few uses. Charged it and it still didn’t work. I got a replacement and the same exact thing happened! Clearly there is an actual problem with the quality of these brushes. Listen to the reviews and avoid. Also, the app doesn’t work so if you are buying the brush because you like the free app you can use to track your brushing — don’t waste your time. Sadly, I won’t be a quip customer anymore.

Same issue as another user, once the first charge died it never worked again. Tried charging, opening and drying. No luck. Will be returning.

Doesn’t charge or doesn’t work. Charge Light goes on for about 30 seconds and then off and no power. Using the cable it came with and tried 3 different plugs that I know work. Waste of money.

The toothbrush holder gets moldy and it’s disgusting

This toothbrush is a waste of money. I liked it the first few weeks because of the timer and app, but then it started acting up. My toothbrush stopped working, I thought it was dead so I charged it. I got one brush out of it until it started acting up again. It completely stopped working afterwards. DO NOT BUY THIS.

It only worked for about a month. It stopped working randomly. Tried to recharge it and it still didn't work. Now I just have and expensive normal toothbrush
