It vibrates the same of a bigger one, but much easier to use for travel and the like. The back of the brush has a massager which is also appreciated. It does vibrate enough to get the job done, which was one of my biggest concerns.

It's bluetooth so you just download the app and it keeps up with all your brushes and how long you have brushed your teeth. Its so easy to do the first charge just plug the usb up and set the brush on it and its good to go. I also loved the color of this tooth brush and how long it has lasted without dieing so far.
