Not easy to find replacement brush head that fits the pink quip rechargeable brush. Have to subscribe to quip to get refills (not economical). The motor did not last 3 months and it stopped working. Luckily was able to return it back. $60 is a lot for a poor functioning tooth brush.

I like the app and that you can earn rewards. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a month. I charged it for over a day and I used three different outlets with no luck. I emailed the company because it seems to be the only way to contact them they took weeks to get back to me without a resolution, so now I just have an expensive toothbrush. The entire reason I got this one was because it logs each brush and you can eventually earn gift cards.

It died in a day and won’t hold charge

This is my second Quip toothbrush to break after a few months. I have the first one that I purchased over two years ago that still works (I mainly use it for travel).

I hope to return this. It barely vibrates and does not leave my teeth feeling clean, like less clean than a standard toothbrush, the hype is all marketing and totally fake. Would not have purchased if I was able to demo it and see how weak it is.

This is my second time buying a Quip toothbrush, the first was the battery charged item and it stopped working with new batteries after 2 months. This one stopped working after 2 weeks even after fully charging. I've tried charging every day for 8-10 hours at a time. Nothing works.

I was so excited to buy this because I used to have the battery powered one and it would lose battery fairly quickly. I was excited to charge it and not have to worry about it anymore. Until I bought it, and realized it was never going to work again after it lost its initial charge. No matter how long I charged it, it never turned back on.

I’ve purchased 2 and returned both. First one never worked. Second one worked for a day. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

I like the feeling of the weight due to the metal body, but it is not working anymore. It stopped working a week after I purchased even when I left it charging for a day as in the instructions, I managed to make it work after plugging it to charge multiple times but now is not working anymore after just 4 months, nothing is helping out and honestly speaking the "smart" functionality does not worth the price
