I was so excited about snagging two of the white boucle ottomans for my family room. When they arrived I was so disappointed, the fabric looks cheap and not boucle at all, resembles the inside of a pillow filling. The wooden bases cheapen the look. Returned immediately.

I chose this ottoman because the product specifications online said that the upholstery material was wool. I just received the product, and the tag says it’s polyester. There’s also some threads coming off of it at the seams. Very disappointing for the price point 😭 Other than that, it’s pretty sturdy and looks decent.
