Size

I'm a little bummed out because this belt is really cool and there is many great reviews. It's functionality is great, but I didn't buy this just to keep my pants up. After I cut the belt the threading that runs along the belt began to unravel. I had to use a lighter to burn the tips to make sure it didn't unravel any further. As I was attaching the belt to the buckle I accidentally dropped it. Surprisingly it scratched a layer on the face of the belt revealing it's white undersurface. I didn't really care about the belt fraying. After I realized that a simple drop to the ground scratched the black face leaving a small white spot I felt like I bought something cheap and felt stupid for paying for it. No wonder it's half price. If I bought a white belt then I also wouldn't care but I'm not happy after a white spot on black face before I actually put the belt on. I'm going to return this and look elsewhere.

The outside layer broke after little use and at 6 months. The real Mission belt cost about 1/3 more. Pay it and get real leather. Poor durability. Bar materials.

Looks very sharp but I don’t like that it says 100% genuine leather when it’s only coated in leather. The filling is something else. Ratchet system seems sturdy, pleased with this but feel deceived from this advertising saying how great the quality is. Not sure how long this will hold up to regular wear. I guess what can I expect for a 25.00 belt.

Actually, I am going back to belts with holes. I am using this belt from October 2016 and recently it is start slipping from position. It is good quality belt but slipping not what I need when I am walking. Ed.

It is brown in color and I wanted black. It seems like a well made product. Sizing the belt works very well. Have not used it long enough to attest to how well it will wear. My rating would be higher if it was color black.

I like the belt but it has a super annoying flaw. The ratchet system caught on the leather piece at the end of the ratchet plastic and now it’s bulged up and catches every time.

NOT what I wanted! The descriptions need to be absolutely clear as to the size (width) of the strap and the type of buckle. I initially purchased three belts from three different companies. The one from Marino was a standout. The buckle was perfect. The 35mm strap was perfect. I had intended to purchase about a half dozen straps and buckles. This order arrived with a sub-standard buckle and a 31mm strap because the descriptions were not complete.

I like te belt and the conseption of it but it dont always lock in place bend over and it releases. so Im afraid ill be golfing and my pants drop or at church fighting to make it lock.

I previously purchased six of these belts for myself and family members with no issues. Good product. For this latest order, the belt reeks of mildew. I've tried a few different methods to remove the smell with no success and am not sure if it can still be returned now. Other than the smell, it's a good product. Not sure why this one is so bad, but am curious if others have had this issue.
