I’m giving this rating a 2 because I feel bad for putting a 1. I’m not someone who ever leaves reviews, yet alone a bad one. As far as cooling you down, I don’t see the difference between getting a regular fan that is a quarter of the price. It is extremely loud. Makes a horrible loud noise when the water tank empties. The water tank is not easily accessible and if you need to clean the water tank it is extremely difficult, due to the fact that there is minimal accessibility to the tank. And you need to clean it often as the water begins to turn yellow and murky. If you want to remove the back panel, be cautious, as it will drip all over the place. The horizontal fan blades don’t stay up by themselves. Tape works great to hold up the blades. The four wheels on the bottom don’t work that great as they are plastic and pop off very easily and don’t roll that well. I got this fan when there was a heat wave a few months back, so only used it a couple of times. And didn’t use it for almost 2 1/2 to 3 months later, now that summer is here and I realize that this fan is not what I expected or need. It’s too late now to even return it, as the return date has been passed. It just makes me so sad, to not have the quality I expected. In the picture provided you will see George from Peppa Pig, and a lengthy piece of tape propping up the horizontal blades.

I ordered a NEW cooler, and received a USED one. It had animal fur all over the filter, ice packs were leaking. Not happy at all
