I have multiple scars on my face from cosmetic mole removals and I use this product religiously on them. It is a very thin cream so I never feel like it is caked on there, and the best part is that it is SPF 30 so it protects your scars from the sun (which is the worst thing for scars). I have been using it for a few months and I have noticed improvements in my scars, but it is impossible for me to say if that is for sure from the cream or just because time has passed. But I would recommend this at least for the moisture and sunscreen it provides. A little goes a long way so this bottle will last a while.

I had a thyroidectomy after a routine scan revealed I had thyroid cancer. After the initial shock, my next concern was the size of the scar. It’s been three months since my surgery and you can barely notice the scar. The discharge instructions after the surgery advise that sunscreen needs to be applied to the scar daily. The Merderma cream has a silky feel to it, is easy to use and smells great. I am very impressed with the results of this scar and am continuing to use it on older scars.

I have only used it for a couple of days and already see great results. Update: I just uploaded a photo from today 11/23, roughly two weeks into using this cream and it is noticably flatter and the incision line has started to appear more white.

Worked for me so far. I’ve only used this product for a few weeks and the change on my scar is nothing but remarkable. I had surgery to remove a pilonidal cyst in my teens about 20 years ago. Since then it created a very large scar, and due to the area since I sit on it, would always be irritated or get damaged. Mederma has literally flattened the scar, and is fading it away now. I’d be happy even at this point with results, but I will continue to use it to see how well it works! Totally recommended, though I’m sure it can’t heal all scars, and takes repeated use daily.

I bought this for my 2 year old after she still her forehead open. I did so much research and took a chance based on reviews. I'm so glad I did. It's only been 2 months and it's such a clear difference already! I'll def be ordering more once she runs out. The tube is small but don't be alarmed!!! A TINY amount goes a really really long way!!!

I put this on every night before bed. It says 2-3x a day but it’s kind of hard when you wear make up everyday because of work. This is honestly the only lotion that actually takes away my dry patches on my face. I really like this product, I just wish the smell was better. I’m haven’t used it long enough to pay attention to my scars but I will write a review in about 2 months.

This product is AMAZING! I got scratched by a cat on my chest and it left a terrible scar (I'm dark skinned). I used this cream to treat the scar and provide sunblock and my scar after 11 months cannot be easily seen. I absolutely recommend this cream.

This is the greatest jell! It feels so good & is starting to lighten up my age spots. Also my uneven skin pigments on my neck that are becoming more apparent as I grow older! It does help to clear up my Diabetic acme too. It is light & not heavy nor greasy. It does not have a heavy fragrance!

I have several scars all over my arms from a horse back riding accident when I was thrown from a galloping horse causing me to get cut up pretty badly when I slid across the rough dry rocky ground. I have been using this product since the beginning of June. The scars have already noticeably faded. Great product! Will continue using. Before using this I was using best the GNC moisturizing cream with vitamins E, A, & D and the GNC moisturizing cream with vitamin C. I have found this mederma product works best in combination with both these GNC moisturizing creams. I apply all 3 once per day when I first get up in the morning &/or after showers.
