Deceptive. This is just sunscreen. Not special scar cream, just sunscreen.

It still looks the same. Didn't help.

I used the directions to a T and did not see any results. The surgical scars I used it for are about a year old, I did not see any change.

Honestly saw no change after using multiple times a day. This may work differently for scars that just occurred.

Didn't see any difference. Started using right after surgery but scar is black.

Mederma Scar Cream Plus SPF 30. I don't really know if it works. Maybe I didn't use it long enough or maybe it doesn't work but it certainly didn't hurt me either. I fell off a bicycle hard on a down slop and scrapped half of my body bad (right knee, arm and shoulder and my right face close to my eye). I bought this scar cream to see if I can heal with only minimal scars left. After applying it on my knee, arm and shoulder for weeks, scars still formed, so I stopped using it. Lucky I have no scars at all on my face near my right eye. Not sure if face heals better or because I applied aloe vera on it.

Didnt really help my surgical scar with regular use for a month. No effects yet.
