I would rather use Mederma Avdanced for the once a day appeal, but this item is available as a subscribe and save so that is more convenient. Used as directed it smooths and fades scars- and even has a pleasant scent. It is easy to use too much, since it is creamy and fragrant. Just be careful. Place a small dab on the back of your hand an distribute from there.
