Does look as good as photo. Chart says bust 42.5 for med but the one I got was 38. Photo looks like back is U shaped, it's straight

IDK, bought a large and it was huge. Kept it for loungewear. Bought a Medium and it is not at all flattering, kind of like a gunnysack. If you're not 100 pds probably should look elsewhere unless you're looking for loungewear. 2 starts for cotton!
