Right out of the box the timer did not work. Should be such a simple item that gets set immediately, but, alas, followed the instructions and it didn't work. Back to store it goes, and Cuisinart will get replaced with another brand. They had their chance and blew it.

I used this microwave 3 times and it started smoking inside (or maybe I just didn't notice it the first 2 times). Target was great about the return, but it was still a hassle to order the micowave, unpack it, and it set up, only to have to repack it and return it right away. Really disappointing. I thought Cusinart was a good brand!

Loud electric hum whenever you’re using it. Sounds like it might explode. But main problem is it burns certain areas of your food while others are ice cold. Never have I used a microwave this uneven.

I took this microwave out of the box and the number panel was falling off the microwave. It also doesn’t sit evenly and rocks on a flat counter. I will definitely be returning!

Broke within the month i had it

Do not buy. Either doesn’t heat up or burns food, no in between.

It stopped working in under a month

Bought that microwave July 31 2023 and about 10/30 it stopped working. A pop sound came out when I was heating food up and I quickly stopped the microwave. I was told smoke came from that JUNK microwave. Who makes that JUNK and wants our money? Other reviews said not to and I should not have bought that. I had to give a star in order to submit the review and it should have NO STARS DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I regret the fact that I bought this microwave, only 2 or 3 days of use , smoke started coming out and it became very hot. When I went to just exchange it took over an hour the store at Bronx terminal market wasn’t even full Lock of customer service, I will never buy and appliances or electronic in target.

Bought it about 2 weeks ago. Havev't even used it one week. It started to have a weird smell. I thought it was that it was new. It stopped working. Seems it is a short. I too heard a pop.
