I bought this for my 8 year old son, to go with the end of the chapter "hands on" experiment, in his science book. The "Hand Putty", is slow to move with a magnet. However we love it. Its everything we like about putty and its magnetic. My son gives it 4 1/2 stars . I think it's 3 stars. The reason, is one of the magnets in the set chipped. The magnets attracted each other and collided with such force that one chipped.

I can watch hours to the putty swallowing the magnet. It's cool. Top product.

This product is very stretchy and the magnet works great. Lots of fun to play with! Downside: Beware it will stick to clothing and carpet and struggle to come out. Spray n wash works great if this happens. Good for fidgeting.

I was looking to replace slime for my kid, so the consistency wasn't what I expected, it's a bit more condensed, but true to the description -it's putty. With that said, really fun product that can hold shapes longer than slime would. The tiny magnet that comes with it is fiercely strong! I also like that it is non-toxic.

When I initially opened this, I almost sent it back. It was a lot more oily than I expected at first, especially since it is described as being non-staining and fairly clean. It never stained though and after a couple weeks of using it, I really like this stuff. It quickly lost the "oily" look and feeling and became a good thing to keep my hands busy at my desk. Sidenote: it really helps with my anxiety while I work from home, so thank you. Very happy with my purchase ultimately!

The media could not be loaded. Overall rating of 4 stars. This magnetic putty is really cool. The magnets are strong, and the putty is attracted to the magnet. My silver putty acts and stretches just like putty. It's easy to manipulate. The blue is rubbery and doesn't stretch easily. Even after working by hand to try to soften up the blue putty, it's still very difficult to use. I went back to read some other reviews and found another review mentions the same thing of the blue putty. I hope I can be compensated for the blue putty considering the blue/silver set was one dollar less than the black/silver set. I have attached a video demonstration of the two putties.

This is nice putty that stretches well and fits nicely in your hands. I like the color so you can’t see the dirt. It’s not all that magnetic so if that’s why you want to buy this, I would adjust your expectations.
