I'd seen reviews, saying the vac had stopped working for some people after about a month and unfortunately that happened to me. I should have know there was a problem when I had trouble getting it to charge the first time out of the box. I was going to return it, but then it started charging so I didn't. The more I used it the less it would hold a charge than one day it completely stopped charging period. I was 1 day past my 30-day return period, but when I called Amazon, they didn't hassle me, they simply sent me a replacement. I've had this replacement for 35-days and haven't had any issues. Amazon did me good and I'm so happy because this is a wonderful vac. I have 2 cats and I vacuum with an upright vac, but I usually end up having to go over spots with this little hand-held vac because it's simply better. It's got great power and does a great job picking up pet hair. Even though I got a dud the first time, I'm very happy with this item. 1month update - There's a lot of reviewers who mention getting a little electric shock when they touch the power button. Well, unfortunately I do too with this replacement. Thought I mention it so everyone knows.

Bought this for my stairs Battery lasts a while and it has a lots of suction. Very impressive.

I can't tell you how long I've been searching for a good handheld, cordless vacuum for stairs but I was a young man when I started and I'm not anymore. Well, I've finally found one!!!! This thing is lightweight, has power and a really nice roller brush system that's hard to find. Used it today and my stairs look so good. I can't wait to vacuum them again! Okay, maybe not but I'm telling ya... if you're in the market, go get ya one!!!

I have German Shepherds. Got hair! Have tried several hand vacs over the years. Started out with less expensive ones. Got what I paid for. Moved up to more expensive actual hand vacs for pets. They worked. Put up with hard to clean accessories and noise. Then junk in a year. Read other reviews on this vac and thought,sounds good. So did the others. Haven’t tested longevity but the best hand vac for any use. Hands down! It has great suction. And QUIET! Hard to believe. And still have that much power. Easy to dump hair,dirt,etc. Attachments are most useful package I have gotten in hand vac. The roller brush actually has quick access to clean. Instead of trying to get your finger or knife in the attachment to clean off roller threads and hair. Doesn’t get built up with hair and set there and smell moldy from use. Holds charge well,so far. No complaints. See if if they come out with new and improved. Hope they don’t cut any corners on this one. Probably ought to buy a couple more in case it gets changed or discontinued. My experience is it is that good!
