Don't buy!During a recent brown out during a passing storm several months after the return date, this failed to protect my plugged in devices. Completely fried my external cd drive bay. Purchased two of them actually and now very much want to return them and get my money back. Do not buy these. They offer no warranty for products that are plugged into them. And they did not offer surge protection of my equipment plugged into itI would recommend going with Anker which has $20,000 search protection warranty.Wish I had discovered that product first but this is labeled as Amazon bestseller. The vendor is probably paying for that publicity and it certainly fooled me. And I probably lost 7 GB worth of data as a result and fried my external SATA 3.0 USB drive bay which no longer powers on!And seem to have no way to contact them directly. Here is the Anker Device that offers $20,000 protection.https://a.co/d/jgSdAJMthere's other devices that are a little bit larger that offer up to $200,000 of device protection if you have more things to plug-in. Make sure to search for "power surge extension cord with warranty protection"

I bought this product to surge protect my TV and accessories that were connected to it. When I moved the surge protector it would not keep consistent power. I had not even had it for 6 months.

Only had a fan and my phone plugged in with c port hub and quit working. It kept turning on and off. Unplugged it ASAP in case it caught fire. Do not buy

I used this surge protector for less than six months and it died. I first started to notice that my computer was going off in the middle of use. I thought I may have accidentally turned off the surge protector because the light was off. I would then restart the computer and it restarted without a problem. (My computer is less than a year old so I knew it was not the problem.) Then, it began happening more frequently and while I had other devices plugged in. When I checked the surge protector I realized it was still in the on position but no lights. Then, one day it just went dead. Nothing worked. I was ready to contact an electrician thinking it was my outlet since this surge protector was fairly new. However, when I tested it in other outlets, I got the same result. I ended up have to get another surge protector and lost my money on this one. I had originally bought two of these surge protectors but when it arrived, I decided to return one and just see how this one worked out first. Glad I didn't keep the two. Very disappointing.
