The oil is great and does the job but it has a scent that I couldn't put my finger on for the longest time. It reminds me of rubber cement. Nothing too offensive but compared to other oils that I've tried that are unscented or scented, this one is just odd. Luckily it only smells for 30 minutes tops after applying to my beard so it goes away. If this were unscented I would have given it 5 stars.

Does an excellent job of alleviating dry skin in the beard area, and keeps the beard itself soft. Scent is not too strong, mostly when being applied then it fades a bit. Scent itself is not offensive or cloying. Pleased.

I liked it but when I asked my girlfriend what she though her response was "Meh. It's okay I guess".

Beard oil is pretty important. I like to experiment with different ones even though I have a brand I love. This Wahl beard oil is actually very nice. The scent is subtle, which is good. The oil itself is very good. It feels great on my skin and does a good job protecting my skin. The only thing I have against it is the applicator. The eye dropper just doesn't work well for me. You have to rub it into your skin anyway, so the dropper just seems a little sloppy compared to just dropping stuff onto your hands. Regardless, that's the only bad thing about the Wahl beard oil. It's a high quality product.

This is a nice beard oil however I feel it is a little more greasy compared to other oils. It has a nice, soft scent which isn’t overpowering. It also has A LOT of ingredients however most are all vitamins, oils or minerals including cannabis sativa seed oil which is very trendy right now. The only issue with having a lot of ingredients is that you have a higher risk of having an allergic reaction. Butylphenyl Methylpropional is a floral synthetic fragrance ingredient which seems to be a more common irritant if you have sensitive skin. Personally, I haven’t had any issues or reactions and it does keep my beard soft. Just do your research and make sure it works with your skin.

I've used several brands of beard oil and this is among my favorites. It has a really nice, light, smell. Some beard oils are way too strong. This is a really good balance of having a good smell, but not being so strong that you and the people around you will get tired of it. It's almost an after shave type smell. The oil is pretty thick and not very oily. It leaves my beard nice and soft throughout the day. I do think the currently listed $15 for a 1oz bottle is a little bit overpriced. There are really good brands out there that have double this size bottle for the same price. But, seeing the quality here, I don't think the price should be a major deterrent. Highly recommended.

The Whal beard oil comes in packaging that makes you feel like you're at a barbershop, so it gives you the idea that it's a product that knows how to take care of a man's beard. The dropper makes it easy to apply and not messy. It blends fine into my beard and leaves a very clean, fresh smelling scent that's not too strong and not too weak.

The name WAHL is a trusted brand.I have been using there products for years!I purchased the product and have been using it for about a week now.The product is not overly oily,it has a nice scent.A good quality product,so far no irritation ,so that's good!

Not sure if it does much after a week of use regarding making my beard softer...but it has a nice smell and make my beard have a sheen to it especially in the sun.
