Controller was great. Packaging looks like it went through hell and back. Destroyed!

edit: got this controller a second time much better condition so ill give you a better rating since you gave good customer service over all.

What I mean by that title is it started out by shutting off every 3 or 4 seconds when I turned it on and then later started working like a normal controller so that's why it gets three stars.

If you game regularly, expect 1 year or less. Mine lasted 7 months playing 4x a week

I bought the controller with hopes it would last long! This being the first controller I haven’t raged with and it broke within a month and a half, that’s pretty bad! It has a horrible forward drag on the running analog and the rb button doesn’t work. Never been thrown squeezed bent abused at all! Not worth the extra money spent would not recommend

Buttons dont work. I purchased this and had stored it away till we moved. My return window passed and now I have a controller that some buttons downt work.

design of controller is nice but no matter what battery i put in the controller bugs out by turning on and off as if the circuit is being continuously completed and disrupted, the slightest movement can shut off the controller, way too expensive for very mediocre operability.

it worked good for the first 2 days then it started losing connection constantly.

The audio jack stopped working.

Controller disconnects all the time for being a few weeks old with brand new batteries
