When i opened the box it looked amazing! loved the color of it. but the right bumper was broken. other than that the controller worked. the company worked with me on getting a refund and customer service was great.

The right joy stick goes down slightly all the time and I can’t fix it. I wish they sold a warranty or I could do something about it

Great controller. The rubber grips keep the controller in my hands even when I am sweating during intense in game battles.

Nice but overpriced. I was obliged to buy this one because the one I wanted was unavailable. This is the third controller in as many years and they don't seem to hold up. I wish the sticks were made stronger, they are the weak spot.. The rubber coating was disappointing as it only covers a small part of the grip. I will still have to purchase after market grips as usual. If you have a choice go for the cheaper version. Designer colors and fancy designs don't compensate for practicality.

Unfortunately the first order didn't pan out so great the "select" button didn't work on arrival. I am however hopeful the replacement will be fine. The controller performs exceptionally well in every other way. Replacement already ordered easy as pie because Amazon is amazing.

Everything went well and I have been testing for about 2 weeks with fighting games and fifa has come out well and the only thing that happened was that I was unconfigured once there and I have reconfigured and so far everything is fine which thing if anything happens I will change my stars and I recommend them

I'm sure the controller is fine underneath. The box was damaged in shipping. As a collector this really bothers me. I assume it happened because, they shipped it in an evelope. Would have preferred it to have been delivered packaged in a box. Purchased this product new. Intended to keep it sealed and on display. But the damaged box ruins that dream. Really disappointed in the way it was delivered to me. The product itself is awesome. Love the blue and baby blue clash. Rubber grips are a must have. This makes a good addition to my other sports controllers. Just wish the box was not damaged.

Love the way the controller looks and feels, BUT... had some issues (that I fixed!!) out the gate. First of all, the batteries it came with don’t fit. They kept sliding out of place for me. I had to put a rechargeable battery pack in it. Second, it kept disconnecting from the Xbox and wouldn’t vibrate. I found that under the settings tab you need to update the software on the controller. You have to have it plugged in to the Xbox during the update. Works just fine now! I’ll update if I have anymore issues.
