I purchased the AUTO-VOX T1400 for our 2004 Toyota Avalon to get some of the updated technology that newer vehicles have. The installation was quick and easy, just follow the included instructions. I was able to tie into the power feed for the OEM mirror to power up the AUTO-VOX.AUTO-VOX's customer service (especially Kaya) has been outstanding since my purchase. They extended my warranty from 12 to 18 months for being a loyal customer and quickly answered my questions concerning their other products.

Very pleased with this product. I wanted to add a backup camera that would always be on when the vehicle was in reverse. This one fit the bill and replaced the rear view mirror. Occasionally the wireless signal has minor glitches but it does not take away from it's intended purpose.

1 year after purchase, my system malfunctioned. I got in contact with customer service to get a part number for just the camera unit I needed. I was in contact with Kaya. Kaya was absolutely amazing in getting me my part and in following up on my purchase and installation. I have to say that this company goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I am 100% satisfied and recommend this product and company for all your automotive needs. 5+ stars!!

I had been searching for a replacement rear camera for my Auto-Cox M6 dash cam. I contacted Auto-Vox customer support and it was Gigi and Kaya who advised me on what I needed. They followed up to make sure it was working well after I installed it. Even extended warranty and support to 18 months! Very pleased with the purchase and the support!

Make sure u mount the transmitting antenna in a high position in the vehicle , near or in the headliner so signal can comunicate with the rear view mirror.

The picture from this camera setup looks every bit as good as the ad shows. Even in total darkness, the image looks like daytime. The hardest part is gunning the wires behind body panels. I installed into my wife's Jeep Patriot, a hatchback body style. Very good for the money.

Well after the warranty expired on our back up camera, it stopped working. We contacted customer service in Beijing via email. Our customer service representative, Kaya, was so helpful and always responded to our questions with step-by-step instructions for testing the product and replacing (with a generous discount) the part that was no longer operational. As of the writing of this review, we are extremely pleased with the product and the excellent customer service. What a refreshing customer service experience!
