After a couple months of installation had a problem with camera, emailed customer support. They responded right away and sent me a NEW camera!!

Bought because once was in my son's crv and his works great. Mine works OK has some image washout and color shifting as camera is on but it does work and has come in incredibly handy already even with flaws.

Great product so far. We installed this in my son's 2013 Ford Focus hatchback. It took some time to run the cables to hide them, but that was due to the car and not the camera. Be sure to ground the camera "ground" wire to the chassis, the camera will not work otherwise. I ended up needing to scratch up the surface and put in a screw inside the back panel. It is unnoticeable though. Picture quality is good and the camera activates quickly when putting the vehicle in reverse. I would buy this product again for another vehicle if ever needed.

failed right after warranty was over but made it right just sent me a new one.

This is my 3rd AUTOVOX product and I'm consistently impressed with the quality. The install is straightforward and easy, included hardware is simple to use and of high quality. The mirror has a great oem look (theft deterrent) and the picture quality is great, especially for the price. The value to quality ratio of their products is really incredible.

At first I thought I made a mistake in purchasing this item. But after I looked at it again, I managed to make it work. Works good and nice to have. Especially when I back into the garage, due to items I don’t see on the floor, as I back up. If you are handy you can hook this up with no problem. The transmitter is within the back door of my Hyundai Elantra GLS. With in the plastic molding. With a little heat on the button rear view mirror holder, you can remove it, and replace the button mirrorHolder, to use the back up rear view mirror, if you have a Hyundai.

The unit arrived in within days of ordering. Quality was outstanding. Whole unit feels very solid. and well built. Installation was a breeze. Picture quality was outstanding. I tested the range of the camera from the mirror. I was a good 50 Ft or so away and picture was still outstanding (no lines or interference). Actual mirror was also outstanding. mounting options included were straight forward and easy to accomplish. I would recommend this unit if you were looking for an easy to install and use backup camera.

The T1400 Upgrade Wireless Backup camera has proved to be an excellent choice. The night vision, picture quality, video quality have all proven to be excellent. After my initial review the company reached out and offered a replacement of some newer and improved items from their product line. I chose a fully wireless system and it was shipped to me within three days. Totally above and beyond customer service from Auto Vox. Updated to five stars. The install was touchy and it killed the majority of lights on my left side and I had to replace them. Not a big deal, they were all over 5 years old. The new ones didn't have an issue. My problem with this unit is the mirror itself. Even after tightening every allen head in the system, it vibrated so badly it was annoying on straight smooth highway, and useless on surface streets. I've returned it as there is no way to tighten the ball socket on the back of the mirror. That's where the problem is.

The camera and rear mirror work perfectly.Kaya in the customer support department was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose a small issue I had.
