My unit worked well until the power cord suddenly stopped. Customer service was very responsive and sent a replacement part — it’s now working well again!

Got this camera for our Ram Promaster that doesn't have any rear windows and man what a lifesaver. Literally. This camera has great refresh rate and is easy to install. Best purchase I've made for the van.

I use this every day.Installed one in daughter's van in an afternoon. Liked it so much, got a second for my SUV.Pro: increases safety while backing.Con: fiddle with installation... you have to be a tinkerer and have to be able to figure out wires and your unlabeled wired under the rear door panels. Need to order or have a plastic panel removal tool set, and maybe need some clips. Watch a video of several mechanics opening and reinstall the door panel. That's the hard part.The electronics work great

The camera and mirror system is a very cost-effective, easy to install, and simple system to add a back-up camera to an older car. Overall, system does what it promises, add a back-up camera with a very convenient monitor location. Its a bit dated with camera/video quality. You're not getting high definition, and the video does wash out when its super bright and sunny outside.The real superstar here is AUTOVOX's great customer service. I had an issue with the camera and Kaya offered a replacement that arrived a few days later. Kaya was very responsive and resolved my issue quickly to my satisfaction.I will buy from AUTOVOX again because of Kaya and the amazing customer support team.

Product works perfectly for my truck. Also after about 5 years a rock hit the camera cable and I needed a new camera only. Kaya in customer service helped me with that and even offered a discount despite the product being out of warranty.Image is now as clear as ever. This product is key in my son learning to parallel park our truck on downtown streets!

I really do like the back up camera I bought. I didn't realize how dependent I was on it until the cigarette charger stopped working. No power no back up camera. I searched for a generic replacement on line for hours and could not find anything. I contacted Auto-vox customer service and they were able to help me. They returned my email right away and a new charger is on its way. Great customer service.

This camera/mirror combo was incredibly convenient when I wanted to add a rear view camera to my ‘98 but didn’t want to run cables the length of the car, and didn’t have a screen for the display. The mirror/screen for this looks nearly OEM, blends in great with the interior, and the power cable is very easy to hide away if you have the skills to ditch the lighter connector and splice it into a 12v power source.Customer support was also great when I needed it more than a year after purchase. I damaged part of the window mounting piece (entirely my fault) and contacted customer support in hopes I could get a new one. They got back to me quickly and all I had to pay for the new part was shipping. I’d highly recommend this.
