I really like this bar, however, I do have to eat it like candy. I have been trying really hard to keep sugars below 10 grams per serving. Just one of these bars has 14% of the daily sugar intake at 7g. I would REALLY love to see kind find ways to reduce that even more. Cane sugar is the third ingredient, I guess its better than saying it has no sugar and there actually being sweetener in it under a different name. I really like that there is Multigrains in the bar. It is one of the only bars I can get Millet, buckwheat, and Quinoa in. Going more and more sugar free I noticed I really like almost the raw flavors of things, so was really excited to find this brand with it. I'll keep eating and buying these, especially if they can drop a few grams of sugar for a more raw flavor of the items themselves. Then again, I am the type of person to eat oat meal and cereal without milk.
