The swing was great but didn’t last. The material faded and ripped in less than a year and couldn’t get a hold of the company.

These instructions make you feel like you have been telephoned back 100 years. Apparently women can't assemble this?!?! Please! This product could be the best out there, but under this premise I can give them nothing but 1 star.

While my children love this swing we've only had it for a month and it's already tearing apart. We keep it indoors too.

Missing ropes/hardware to hang

item was cancelled. but not by me. i guess they are out of business. I'll order from a different manufacture.

I received my package with USED product! Not only was the box completely torn apart and taped back together, I didn’t even receive all the parts to put the swing together. This is completely unacceptable and I can't understand how such a mistake could happen!

Received just a swing cover. No swing

Such a bummer. My kids was so excited and couldn't wait to go outside only to find the swing was missing the ropes, instructions and screws...just an overall BIG disappointment. Whomever is responsible for quality assurance definitely miss the ball on this item. Please do not ship this product to anyone else, take it out until items are accounted for. Thank you

So excited to buy this for my nieces birthday. It showed up broken and unable to use. Had to return. Very disappointed.

Arrived with several defects! Purchased for my grandsons birthday gift and it is a good thing that I opened it first! The pipes that are meant to hold together arrived broken and bent! I will return—garbage!
