My remote died

I’m very disappointed that my remote is no longer working right after I change the filter the remote stopped working. I thought maybe it was the batteries so I changed them but it still does not work but when you push any key on the remote the light lights up so I know it still works I just can’t figure out how to get it back working, I don’t know if it needs to be reprogrammed or what the issue is but I’m tired of buying product that either stops working or are defective and you don’t find out it’s defective until it’s late!!

Flashing Red Light

I only had this air purifier for 7 months. This is the 2nd time changing the filter. After I changed the filter this time a week later the red light was flashing. That is only suppose to happen when the filter needs to be changed. So I held the button down like other people suggested and that did not work. I can’t even shut the air purifier off. Any suggestions on how to shut this red blinking light off. There customer service is terrible. Email only. Can’t call them. Also you can’t purchase their filter for this purifier through Amazon . They are currently unavailable. So now what?? Not happy at all.

Works great, issue with remote battery contact.

I love this!Small, sleek and not overly noisy. 3 settings for the fan.The remote contact was off kilter, I had to take pliers to get it to make contact with the batteries. I have read its not easy to find filters, I havent checked yet. Check before you buy.If you can find filters, buy it.
