1st week work great. Then start problem. Doesn’t work.

Excited to get a 4 port USB. Only plus is the USB ended of cord is extremely tight. However, the part that goes into vehicle "cigarette lighter" is NOT secure. Always comes out on its own and isn't round, it's a weird shape that's doesn't remotely mimic a round port like it should've.

unfortunately it's draining phone battery

Only used this a couple times and it seems like it’s coming apart from the seems of it - also don’t like the way it charges - it has 4 ports but the minute you plug more than one it takes a really really long time to charge...I’ve had better

It's nice having the 4 ports, but most phones can charge at a higher rate than 10w. If you arent using your phone it'll still work, but if you have screen on & GPS running, it may only be enough to keep the battery level constant.

Smelling burn during use. Item was over heat

works fine but pops out of socket every 500 yards. If your roads are not velvety smooth don't buy it.Update one year later: one after another plug ins failed. They just gave up. And the charger itself got so loose in the socket. I wonder if that led to the port failure.

The product looks great but it stop work 8 months later. This is a good product only for a short term.

I’ve loved it...while it was working. Less than two months and it no longer works. I tried different chargers and a whole different car. I wasn’t even using all ports just one this whole time. I could understand if it was one of the rare occurrences since this item has amazing reviews; which is one of the main reasons I bought it. However, it turned out that it blew my fuse. So I bought a new fuse and it blew it the same day. This is a 2019 KIA Optima, that fuses keep being blown and a KIA Sedona. Therefore, if you own a KIA this might not be for you.

This worked great out of the box as desired at a very good price. after 5 weeks of use the charger lost functionality to fast charge the phone which makes it not very useful. It has a limited lifetime warranty but not sure how to contact for help with this item.
