I would like to return these. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the dough I saw on shark tank and ordered these. I don’t know if I got a bad batch but these were hard as a rock. Definitely harder than silly putty which is how this is described. Can someone tell me how to get my money back?

The smell was too strong, insted of calming scents it had me gagging. Horrible, and they are too greasy

The scents are so strong that they’re painful. I got these for a motivational prize box for virtual schooling my kids. They were very disappointed in the smells, as was I. Unless you know you like this product already, don’t buy it.

I am very disappointed in this product. I am a social worker and thought it would be a good tool to help kids calm down. I bought two sets and all of them are too stiff. The putty is so tough that it is difficult to get out of the container and it's so brittle it just breaks. It is not the fun stretchy, moldable putty I was expecting. I would love to return it- but it doesn't come up as an option

I bought these as a fun Christmas trinket for my older kids. I always like to get something a little unusual for them they're not expecting. When I opened up the package, most of the little containers had goo leaking out of them. Then I tried to open them and the design of the container was such that it makes it really hard to unscrew them. They are quite flat and there's not much space to grip and unscrew them. And it complicated things that sticky goo was in the threads. So I finally got them open to smell them and instead of scents of Candy Cane, Sugar Cookie, Gingerbread and Pine, they all smelled vaguely of gross buttered popcorn. Not even delicious popcorn. I thought maybe it was just me and the kids wouldn't care. Well, they cared! They opened it and gave me a look like, "Is this a prank?" I do not recommend this. And I was sure that a Crayola brand product would be great. I'm disappointed for sure. They would be awesome if they smelled good.

Bizzar smellsI purchased a cinnamon aroma putty from a local craft store last winter and my daughter, who is six, has been obsessed with it for months. I thought it would be fun to have a few more scents around the house so I purchased the fall pack. They all came covered in a clear goo that was leaking from the containers and smelling almost rancid. It’s hard to explain the smells exactly, the cranberry is the least terrible but the pumpkin makes you gag and leaves a weird film on your hands that can’t be washed off easily. You’ll walk around the rest of the day smelling like a rancid, spooked milk pumpkin spice latte
