Poor and careless shipping practices

I've ordered this item several times and they always arrive damaged in some manner. In the recent order of 2 cans, one can was fine, but the other can was severely damaged and the screw-on lid was missing. The"padded envelope" they arrived in was undamaged; evidently, the one can was shipped without a lid andpossibly already damaged. Very displeased. These items need to be placed in a box and not shipped with missing lids. The product is good, but handling and shipping is extremely poor.

Spoiled

Terribly bitter, and not the good bitter that you expect from a moka.The color was also darker than I’ve ever seen for this type, the cans were all dented, and they didn’t have the usual sound when you open them.I’m doing a subscription with Illy directly now to have more confidence in the quality of the product.

complete disappointment

Defective lids

Each one of the 6 cans had a defective pull tab. To reach the coffee I had to use a traditional can opener and the rim is not designed for that use. Very hard to open.

Be careful my 6 cans of coffee expired in 20/22

I just noticed that the 6 cans of my coffee I received in June had expired in 2022, we kept wondering why it tasted weird.That would explain the slight discount I received.

The item came without lid

I have been using illy coffee since many years, it is great and the coffee taste perfect, only strange thing happened with this delivery, the can came without lid, I shall use my other can lid but it is really weird, not sure if the can has any other non visible damagePutting 1 star awaiting the company response

No top to my coffee

I received my coffee with no lid. There is the seal but once I take that off I have no top to keep coffee fresh.

Bad quality control!

We order nothing but Illy coffee - it's our favorite!...Usually.This time we ordered 4 cans, and all 4 were inedible. One had a busted seal and no flavor left at all, 1 smelled like it got wet and then dried out, and 2 more were so burnt it made my eyes water when I opened the can. Whats up with that? Can't wait for Illy to get back on track so we can go back to buying our favorite coffee.
