The rack comes in a long box and needs to be assembled. The directions show a letter for each part, but the individual parts did not have letters on them. It took about 30 minutes to build this rack. I think the directions need more explanation on how this gets put together. The plastic parts are cheap and can break if you are not careful. Do not force anything, there is no way to get replacement parts. I think for the quality it is slightly over priced but it is better then other racks I have tried. I do like that it is adjustable, and folds when not in use. So I give it 4 stars over all for assembly and quality of the product.

I received this rack. It does come in pieces and needs to be assembled. The directions give a letter to each part, but the parts do not have any letters on them. There is no explanation in the directions how to put much of this together or what direction things go in. I worked very carefully and was able to get this together in about 30-45 minutes. Work carefully and do not force anything, you may break the plastic parts. There is no way to get replacements if you break anything. I think it will serve my needs. I do like that the racks can fold down when not in use. Also the rack is fully adjustable. I give it 4 stars because of the directions and that it is kind of over priced for the quality of the rack. But it is better then other racks I have tried in the past.
