The carrying case which comes with the item has one clasp fall off the box. I placed it back, but it is very loose. The case only closes with one clasp. The other clasp is loose. The end of the water filter has scratch marks around it. It looks like someone tried to pry it off with a screw driver. I wonder if I get a used/returned product. I tested the setup with a small bucket of water. There is no leaking. It is still too cold to wash the car outside here. I have to wait till the weather is warmer before using it and judge their usability. There is not much instructions in the user guide. It is up to the user to figure out how to put things together.
