Real quality product so far. Many useful functions. Alexa connection was easy, custom mode is perfection, build quality seems solid, and esthetics are good. Noise level is very good. I would have given 4.5 stars but it’s not possible. The fan needs a bigger base and about 10 more inches of height for better coverage with higher bed frames and mattresses(it sits on a box but my bed is rather elevated). Good solid product and a great value.

I love this fan. Great design, features and silent operation. I gave it 4 stars because The remote control is a bit confusing for the oscillation mode. When you turn the fan off it continues to oscillate. The power button only controls the blowing function. I would rather the power button shut everything off (wind and rotation). My main complaint is shipping was EXTREMELY SLOW, it took 3 weeks for delivery with Prime. With all this said we are considering purchasing another one for the family room.
