Haven't used it yet, it's a Christmas present. It was packaged and shipped in a plastic bag, and the boxed was damaged in several places. I had to try and tape it back together, hope it works Christmas morning. I haven't complained in writing yet, but I'm planning on making a formal complaint. This item needed to be packaged in a cardboard box for shipping.
