bought this last summer for a road trip with my wife. barely had this thing for two weeks before the latches started to fail. we had a family emergency and had to come home, and then she got sick before passing away this fall... so i've been busy with things. anyway thought i would reach out about replacement latches. but was told it had been too long and igloo would not replace their defective latches. it's obvious i'm not the only one who has experienced this with this garbage icechest. will never purchase from them again.

Latch made it about a month. Not a quality product

The cooler has great potential but the bear proof rubber latches are JUNK. We bought this the rubber latch broke off within a month. And now the second one is doing the same thing. I am so so disappointed I expect more for an known company!!
