I opened the package, the suitcase was peeled, scratched, and damaged.

Only have used my luggage 3x and the carry ones bottom is already coming apart. The large suitcase’s wheel is damaged as wheel and never really rolled Correctly from the beginning

Purchased on 12/1/21 for flight on 12/4/21. First time used…..Back of largest suitcase was ripped when I claimed it at baggage claim..Will return for sure!

Item delivered in bad condition

The material is poor and flimsy. There is not extension zip in the second bag.

Poor quality first flight and is already zippers not working

Do not waste money as it is absolute trash and bad quality material. Customer service is pathetic and they do not respect warranty and ask you to ship the luggage back to them in Canada if your luggage has a defect. The zip came off in the first use itself.
